We can’t wait for Brussels

The Hungarian government seeks to find the answer to this challenge, and will launch a “national consultation”, in order to learn the opinion of the Hungarian people. On the urge of the Hungarian left-wing MPs, Péter Niedermüller and István Újhelyi, the left-wing representatives of the EP apply double standard again: while they often hold others account of the public opinion’s inclusion and democratic processes, in this case they attacked the Hungarian government’s initiative in a hypocrite manner.

The Fidesz-KDNP delegation in the European Parliament shares the opinion of Manfred Weber, the leader of the parliamentary group of the European People’s Party: mass legal immigration can’t solve the problem of illegal immigration.
