Report on the global fight against torture

The report that was drafted and tabled by the Human Rights Subcommittee (DROI) aims at coordinting the global fight against torture. Instead of naming and shaming concrete cases or states, it aims at providing a frame that would enhance the fight against torture inside and outside the borders of the EU. The text endorsed by the Foreign Affairs Committee (AFET) will be voted by the plenary during its session in March.
