On 23 May 2011 an event was organized in Hungarian Cultural Institute in Brussels on where László Varga was intervied by Kinga Gál. They talked about his judicial and theological studies, his activities during the Hungarian revolution in 1956 after which he was condemned for life-sentence as a political prisoner. During his life he felt always the grace and love of the God. As consequence of this "the prison was light, the slob was nice in Sülye, my family life was beautiful, my work as a vicar was blessed and I was happy when I could learn to use my computer in my peaceful home". He said: "It was very hard to live in Transylvania in the XX. century as a Hungarian. But we managed to. The members of my family were spread almost in every part of Transylvania. We took part in every active or suffering part of this community. But with the help of the God we could overcome every problems."

The event was really successful. Mr Varga animated the history of the XX century with his own stories and experiences. Both the youngsters and the elders enjoyed this "special history lesson". The participants could go home with new valuable thoughts.
