After the event MEP Kinga Gál (Fidesz) and the Finnish politician discussed problems and challenges faced by the Hungarian national minority communities.

At the beginning of June Ms Kinga Gál MEP participated as invited speaker at two events organized in Hungary. On 8 June she participated on a round-table discussion in Várpalota, then the other day she was key-note speaker at the meeting of women organizations from the countries of the Carpathian-basin held in Kecskemét.

With the leadership of Zoltán Kántor the newly formed National Policy Research Institute officially started its operation. The Institute's first public activity was the organisation of an international conference titled 'Legal Aid in Practice'. This subject is in line with the second Orbán Government's national policy approach.
