The Hungarian EPP Group (Fidesz) Delegation finds the drafted Tavares Report on the constitutional situation in Hungary totally unacceptable. The working document is an unprecedented, left-liberal political ultimatum which gives direct orders for the Hungarian National Assembly, elected by Hungarian citizens. This procedure is without precedent and goes against the fundamental principles of the European Union.
